This is the final product, I ended up not using the baby picture mainly because I spoke way to fast to fit it all in.

I have recently been working on a group Kinestasis project with my animation class. We are animating the poem A Martian Sends a Postcard Home. My lines of the poem to animate and interpret are:

No one is exempt

and everyone's pain has a different smell.

At night when all the colours die,

they hide in pairs

and read about themselves

in colour with their eyelids shut.

this is one image that I decided i would use for the line "In colour with their eyelids shut". I used it because I thought this line represented something helpless, such as a baby, sleeping.
